Five Sydney Writers presents work by a diverse group of writers working in different media. Musicologist Eleni Elefterias-Kostakidis, coordinator of Playspace, will perform her own musical compositions alongside well-known novelist and journalist, Tony Maniaty; novelist and bookseller, Katerina Cosgrove; experimental fiction writer and scholar, famous in the Greek community, Dr Dimitris Tzoumacas; and poet, Yota Krili, also known for her ground-breaking work on Greek language in schools. As well as reading their own work, the writers will speak about the way they approach their work.
