The 21st Greek Festival of Sydney has a mask for everyone. Theatre lovers
are in for a real treat when the National Theatre of Greece performs Sophocles'
Antigone at the State Theatre and once again, Sidetrack Theatre team up
with us for a fantastic adaptation of Euripides' Alkestis. Look out too
for Persephone and the pomegranate seeds, heroines at the theatre of Dionysos,
the Kudos Gallery visual art exhibitions and a number of global musical
treats. Plato, power and the ring of corruption will provide you with
food for thought and the Brighton Le Sands street fair and My Big Fat
Greek banquet will offer plenty of food, fun, music and entertainment
for everyone.
