A musical journey through time and across cultures highlighting the influence of classical Greek folk songs and legends in the music of Ravel, Gluck, Cherubini and contemporary Australian composers Peggy Glanville-Hicks, Roger Smallwood and George Ellis. Performed by Candlelight in this historic church to produce a sense of timelessness and to enhance the experience. Culminating with a World Premier performance of The Rhodes to Greece, by George Ellis.
