Wild Figs, Honey and Walnuts

A culinary journey through Southern Greece. Head Chef, David Tsirekas and Gina Rizakos take guests on a convivial journey sampling some of the edible delights from Greece's regional cornucopia of Messinia, Laconia and Crete… home to the Kalamata olive, sweet, syrupy figs and juicy Spartan oranges.
