This project invites members of the community to attend Nolas art studio In Rozelle where three reproduction Byzantine mosaics are being created. This presentation is focused around Rebetika singers and the counterculture in contemporary Greece. A freedom fighter from Chios, Aggoules is one of the most representative cases of a creator who lived and wrote during the harsh period between the two world wars. Nikos Kazantzakis, author of Zorba the Greek and The Last Temptation of Christ, had a personal knowledge of Islam.

25th March is a day of Celebration, commemorating Greece’s historic struggle for national independence in the 1800’s. A fun day full of non-stop entertainment featuring live music and from
