Greece Odyssey

This exhibition, with notable works of art by eight artists from Greece, is the result of Penelope Bistaros’ ten-year personal odyssey of discovery and adventure on the Greek islands and mainland. At the age of twenty-three, she embarked on a journey to the “patrida” (homeland) of her parents and ancestors, to learn about her Greek roots and heritage.

Known for his unique style and dynamic forms, Nicholas Georgouras has been one of Australia’s foremost figurative sculptors for over thirty years. As part of the twenty-eighth Greek Festival, Georgouras will introduce his latest work Anachronos.
